Cueillette dans les plantations des pays tropicaux, s\u00e9chage des f\u00e8ves, tri, torr\u00e9faction, s\u00e9paration du beurre et du cacao, ajout de sucre pour att\u00e9nuer l&rsquo;amertume, r\u00e9duction \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature id\u00e9ale pour le fa\u00e7onner&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Merci \u00e0 Gr\u00e9gory Labb\u00e9, artisan chocolatier (Les Chocolats du Ph\u00e9nix) et papa d&rsquo;une \u00e9l\u00e8ve de GS, d&rsquo;avoir pris le temps de cette rencontre.
